I kindly ask that appointment changes or cancellations are made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

​

24 hours or less notice will result in a 50% charge of service/s booked.

​

If the appointment is a no call/no show, that will result in a 100% charge of service/s booked.

​

Late policy is 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you're going to be longer than 15 minutes we will be required to reschedule your appointment. 

​

Redo's? If you are unhappy for any reason with any of your hair services I kindly ask for you to let me know within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
